Our super treadmill, interactive Cybex Trazer, Plyometric Zones, specialized resistance equipment, and entertaining environment get athletes excited to workout. We are not a weight room, Going Vertical is an experience. Our program provides results for our athletes and encourages teamwork in group training settings. Youth, Junior and Senior High School, College and professional athletes; male and female in all sports. Adult athletes and professionals with physically demanding jobs seeking to gain advanced levels of training. We have a flexible schedule for pre-season, off-season and even in-season athletes.
