To the entire staff of Going Vertical,

I would like to thank you all for keeping everyone updated on me and wishing me good luck. It means a lot to me and I feel I would not be where I am at right now (heading to Atlantic City for STATES!) without your help and intense training . Your facility and workouts have helped add on to not only my wrestling skills but as a person in general. I'm already pumped to start working out with you guys after this season again to help me get to the next level.

Sincerely,

Going Vertical,

Through my 3-months of  training with Coach Mike and Coach Ed I have learned how to become a faster quicker and stronger athlete.  I can now dunk! Before training with Going Vertical,  I was barely dunking on 9.5 feet and was far off from 10.  But now, I can dunk on 10 feet.

And that's not all.  In 30 seconds of jump roping I increased from 50 jumps to 76 jumps in 30 seconds.  My standing long jump went from 75 inches to 92 inches (17 inch increase). My vertical went from 24 inches to 27 inches (3 inch increase).

I not only became faster but smarter.  You guys helped me learn the right techniques and took time to make sure I understood what I was doing and why I was doing it.  I wanted thank you guys for everything you've done for me and everything you do continue to do to help me improve.

Sincerely,

To the entire staff of Going Vertical,

In high school I wasn't the biggest, the strongest or the fastest but one thing I could do was learn quickly. I was coachable and could perform tasks exactly as asked. I started tight end and defensive end for Glassboro High School since my sophomore year and I felt like I knew everything. I played for so long and knew how to defeat my competition that I didn't think I needed to get any better to win. But when I went to college camps, I saw the competition was at a higher level and I had to find a way to improve my game. I would take some things that I saw from those guys to improve my game as well, that goes back to being coachable and learning quickly. I wanted to improve my game beyond that level but there's only so much you can do on your own before you need someone to push you. I heard about Going Vertical in the spring of my senior year from my teammate, Timmy Breaker, who also needed to be pushed to improve his game. By this time, I already decided where I was going to college but I didn't know what to expect.  I wanted to be prepared for anything. I wanted my game to reach that next level before I reached the next level. Training with the Going Vertical staff definitely pushed me past what I was used to and made me into a better player. I went into training camp at my college and impressed the coaches with my agility and speed, things I didn't have in high school and that was all thanks to training with Going Vertical. Over these past couple years, I regret only one thing and that is not training with Going Vertical sooner. So I want to say thank you for making me a better athlete and for all of the knowledge that you have given me.

Sincerely,
